These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Intoru platform and website at intoru.ai ("Service"), operated by Intoru ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Intoru is an AI-powered lead discovery platform that monitors publicly available Reddit discussions to identify potential customers for your business. The Service analyzes public posts and comments to surface leads matching your product profile and ideal customer criteria.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account via Google OAuth.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access.
One account per person. Automated or bulk account creation is not permitted.

4. Subscription & Billing

Intoru offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Current pricing is available on our website.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages to people identified as leads
Violate Reddit's terms of service or any other platform's rules when engaging with leads
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
Attempt to bypass rate limits, subscription restrictions, or security measures

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Intoru and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the product descriptions, ICP data, and other content you provide to the Service.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to use it for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., processing through our AI pipeline).
Lead data surfaced by the Service is derived from publicly available content and does not constitute our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of lead data or AI-generated scores and summaries.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party Reddit posts or the actions of any users you engage with.
We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, lead quality, or conversion rates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intoru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
