Can you promote in r/content_marketing?
A community of content marketers helping each other improve by providing feedback, sharing advice, and resources. This is not a place to spam your blog.
The short answer
Answer questions with useful, non‑promotional advice; if you must mention your company or product, disclose your affiliation briefly and keep the focus on helping — or use the designated threads/mod contact process for promotions.
What works here
- Answering questions and giving free advice
- Posting in the stickied 'Check Out My Blog Post' thread for blog promotion
- Posting job listings / 'looking for freelancers' and contacting mods to advertise tools/services
What gets posts removed
- Making standalone posts that advertise your product, service, or blog
- Posting offers, link-exchange, guest post requests, or direct solicitation
- Posting low-effort content or multiple promotional submissions
